Join us as part of our America250 initiative here at SCCC to explore identity, culture, language, migration and belonging.  This program is engaging and interactive and looks at the diverse experiences that shape our communities and individual stories.

Finding Balance: Recognizing and Coping with Stress and Anxiety

Learn how to balance your life from other students who have been there, learn how to spot and help friends who may be struggling, and have an honest conversation about mental health and well-being.

Art Therapy Group

** Ammerman Campus **

This group is open to registered studens and participants will engage in art-making to support their mental well-being. Led by a licensed clinician through SCCC Mental Health & Wellness Services, this group provides a space for students to learn creative ways to cope and reconnect with their individual creative power.
