Suffolk County Community College celebrates all graduates annually in May during our
commencement ceremony. The ceremony is traditionally held in the Suffolk Credit Union
Arena on the Michael J. Grant campus. All students who apply for graduation will receive
information regarding tickets, regalia, dates and times for the ceremony via their
college email account.
Form Instructions
You should apply for graduation during the semester in which you plan to graduate. Officially graduating from Suffolk County Community College is of great benefit to students who are transferring to another college, as well as those who may be pursuing immediate employment. Please follow the instructions stated on the graduation procedures form (paying particular attention to deadline dates for filing). Then either apply online, or print the application for graduation and return it to your campus Registrar Office along with your signed Suffolk County Community College ID card if you are a currently enrolled student. If you are not enrolled, you may use your driver license.
