What are Joint Admissions programs?
Joint Admissions agreements provide a pathway to be admitted to both SUNY Suffolk and specific four-year institutions. Students are guaranteed admission into the listed parallel program provided they have completed the degree at SUNY Suffolk with the designated minimum cumulative grade point average and with satisfaction of other admission requirements. Students can choose to enter a joint admission agreement through the college application process, but it must be selected within the first 24 credits completed. Learn more about joint admissions.

Do you offer credit for life experience?
We offer College Level Examination Program (CLEP) exams where you can test on a subject and get college credits. Visit our CLEP website for more details.
Do you accept transfer credits?
Yes. Students seeking transfer credits should send their official transcript to transfercredits@sunysuffolk.edu or mail to Suffolk County Community College, Transfer Credit Office, 533 College Road, Selden, NY 11784.
